Each cooking lesson - approx 3 hours.
Wine class - approx 1 hour.
Each cooking lesson ends with a dinner tasting of the food
prepared.
All cooking lessons include the preparation of 3/4 dishes
depending on the requested time for each.
The wine class is a basic lesson on Tuscan wines and include
4 different wines tasting.
Intermediate and advanced wine classes are also available.
Cooking classes take place weekly, from monday to wednesday.

Individiual cooking lessons with
personalized menus and individual wine tasting lessons are
available on request from monday to friday.
The school organizes also the following tours and activities:
- Gastronomic walking tours to local shops and small stands
to sample typical foods and wines of the region.
- Market Tours to the central produce market where
restaurateurs meet each morningwhere the freshest
ingredients are available (fruit, vegetables, flowers,
variety of meats, cheese, fish and bread.
- Cooking Supply Tours to few of florence's finest cooking
supply and gourmet food sellers.
- Individual and groups Italian language classes of
different levels.

One week dedicated to Florence, its everlasting monuments,
Tuscan table traditions, Italian cuisine and Tuscan wines
appreciation in a luxury, old style, new hotel, located in
thew city center, the ideal.
Program: arrival must be from thurdays to sunday. For
packages in may- june-september and october, extra charge 50
euro per person.
Included in price: 7 nights in a Double Classic Room at
Hotel Adler Cavalieri, 4 stars hotel, XIXth century style
furniture, located in Florence centre / buffet, continental
breakfast / three cooking classes of 3 hours each, 3 tasting
